Edgecore Network ก่อตั้งขึ้นในปี 2547 โดยได้รับการแต่งตั้งทางการในสวนวิทยาศาสตร์ Hsinchu ทางภาคเหนือของประเทศไต้หวันในปี 2553 เป็นบริษัท ย่อยอิสระที่รับผิดชอบด้านธุรกิจตราสินค้าระดับโลกจาก Accton Technology Group และมีเครือข่ายกระจายอยู่ทั่วโลก ทั้งใน สหรัฐฯ อังกฤษ โปแลนด์ รัสเซีย ตุรกี บราซิล สิงคโปร์ อินโดนีเซีย และอินเดีย
